What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist or ask for your reader resources, we collect your first name, your email address and, if you tell us, where you are with GLP-1 medication. We use these to send you what you asked for, to tell you when the app opens and to send occasional updates. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Telling us where you are with GLP-1 medication is optional. Because it relates to your health, we only use it to send you more relevant emails, and we never share it.

Who processes it

Our email lists are held by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores data in the EU under a data processing agreement. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case we review inactive contacts every two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
